Modernizing University Integrations with MuleSoft Migration

A modernized its legacy Talend-based integration landscape by migrating 91 jobs to MuleSoft. The transformation improved scalability, monitoring, governance, and near real-time data access across Banner, Salesforce, Azure DB, Oracle HCM, DDS, and downstream university systems.

With a phased migration approach, ProwessSoft analyzed existing Talend jobs, documented integration logic, implemented reusable MuleSoft frameworks, enabled CI/CD pipelines, and standardized error handling. The result was reduced manual effort, improved data consistency, faster integration onboarding, and a scalable foundation for future university integrations.
