Baba Kishore Mutta, the Director of Corporate Strategy at Prowess Software Services and CEO of Ealkay, is a seasoned strategist with over two decades of experience in Corporate Finance and Business Strategy. Baba is a qualified strategist from IIM Lucknow and qualified Fintech from IIM Nagpur. He strongly believes in creating and nurturing sustainable organizations.

Over the years, Baba has worked on numerous projects and helped raise funds of over INR 8000 Cr through debt, structured finance, private equity & IPO, and restructured assets worth over INR 20,000 Crore. Baba’s expertise also includes bidding models of INR 84,000 Cr, cross-border M&A’s, and successfully creating multiple start-ups delivering profitability and stakeholder value.

Baba’s objective to share his experience and knowledge to the corporate and business community led him to turn entrepreneur at the age of 40 by incorporating Ealkay consulting, a 360° business advisory services company. His relationship encompasses eminent corporate lawyers, mergers & acquisitions experts, banking, NBFC & private equity players.

Baba’s strength lies in structuring, planning, strategizing, financing, governing, complying, and delivering desired results. He is currently advising multiple start-ups, MSME, and large corporates in the practice areas of Strategy, Finance, Legal, and Tech.
