I joined Prowess as a consultant in 2018 and quickly moved to a managerial role handling support project. I thank Prowess leadership who recognized my ability to handle client interactions and moved me into a client-facing role and then the Delivery Manager for a large, complex project despite not having any domain or IT project management experience. With my project/people management skills and experience in handling tough interactions, I was able to implement agile methodology and gain the client's confidence. My success led to additional projects and inclusion in strategic and business planning discussions, providing me with a better understanding of the business side of the organization.
